Maka Foundation is proud to celebrate the successful completion of Week One of the Aspire Leaders Program, an initiative designed to nurture leadership, character, and confidence among Liberia’s next generation.

Even in the first week, the growth and transformation demonstrated by participating students has been remarkable. Through engaging activities, mentorship, and practical leadership lessons, young people are beginning to discover their potential and develop the skills needed to become responsible leaders in their communities.

Throughout the week, students actively learned and demonstrated essential leadership qualities, including:

Confidence: Developing self-belief, communication skills, and the courage to express their ideas.
Discipline: Learning the importance of responsibility, consistency, and self-control.
Leadership Values: Understanding the principles of integrity, respect, honesty, and courage.
